How can I get the REISEN HAMBURG catalogue / brochure?
The catalogue is available in the entrance areas and at the information points. After the Fair, the catalogue can also be ordered online. The exhibitor directory can be consulted on the website or via smartphones.
I need a visa to enter Germany.

Where can I get Internet access and use of telefax?
At our Business Centers. You can use Internet and Office programs there at a small charge, and print documents. All information is shown here.

Questions on ticketing
Is use of public transport (HVV) included in the ticket?
No, public transport (HVV) is not included in REISEN HAMBURG-Tickets. But you can buy REISEN HAMBURG-Tickets at reduced rate at the entrance on presentation of your HVV ticket.
Can I buy my REISEN HAMBURG ticket online?
Yes. To use our online ticket shop, you need:
- A valid credit card, PayPal account or invitation card
- A working printer connected to your computer or a smartphone with internet access
- If you have any problems when calling up our ticket shop, please check your Internet browser settings to see if cookies are permitted.
Can I cancel online tickets?
Tickets which were purchased online, can not be cancelled.
Can I use an online ticket more than once?
No, every ticket is valid for one person only. The bar code printed on it ensures that it is not possible for more than one person to gain admission at the same time with the same ticket or copies of it.
How secure are my data in transmission via Internet?
All steps in the online ticket shop are handled via a secure server link. Where payment by credit is necessary, this is effected via Saferpay, an external secure booking system.
Will I receive confirmation after printing my ticket?
Yes. After completion and printing of your ticket, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. This e mail includes a link for repeat access to the online ticket shop, where you can print your ticket again if necessary. Please keep this e mail until after your visit to the event.
Is the confirmation e-mail valid as a ticket?
No. The confirmation e-mail does not replace your online ticket. Its purpose is simply to acknowledge your online ticket purchase, and to inform you of your link in the event that you need to reprint your ticket.
