What are the prices for REISEN HAMBURG?
When is the deadline for registration?
It is advisable to register as early as possible, in your own company's interest.
But if you decide to exhibit just shortly before the start of REISEN HAMBURG, please ask the project team if and where there are still spaces free.
How are the contract terms regulated?
The contractual relations between the exhibitor and Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) are regulated by the registration form, the "General Terms of Participation" (GTP), the "Specific Terms of Participation" (STP) and the provisions of the "Technical Regulations" .
The General Terms of Participation take precedence over the Technical Regulations. Provisions in the registration form and the Specific Terms of Participation take preference over the General Terms of Participation.
Is registration binding?
After your registration you will receive confirmation of registration. In the course of space allocation on the site, you will receive a placement suggestion from us. If you raise no objection to this proposal within the named deadline, you will receive your approval, and your registration becomes binding.

What costs are incurred if I cancel my registration?
No charges are made on withdrawal of registration.
After your registration you will receive confirmation of registration. In the course of space allocation on the site, you will receive a placement suggestion from us. If you raise no objection to this proposal within the named deadline, you will receive your approval, and your registration becomes binding. If you then wish to withdraw from this binding commitment, you have to submit written notice of cancellation. An administrative charge is payable to HMC. Details on the contractual relations are also shown in our GTP.
How can I register for myself or my co-exhibitors for REISEN HAMBURG?
You can register for REISEN HAMBURG in writing (by fax or post) or online. An overview of registration options is shown here.
Overview of registration options
Main exhibitors can register their co-exhibitors by an entry in the registration forms. Subsequent registration of co-exhibitors can be made without specific form, but must be made in writing by the main exhibitor. Co-exhibitors do not fill in any registration forms.
When am I accepted as an exhibitor?
Please note:
- Sending back the completed and signed registration form to HMC constitutes an offer by the exhibitor; it is subject to acceptance by HMC and does not give entitlement to acceptance.
- In due time before the beginning of REISEN HAMBURG, HMC will send the exhibitor a specific placement offer. The exhibitor then has the option of objecting in writing to this placement proposal within the period indicated there. If he does not object to the placement proposal, his silence is deemed to signify acceptance.
- The exhibitor then receives written acceptance on the basis of the placement proposal.

Please make any inquiries about this through your contact in the project team.
Do I need passes for assembly?
No, you do not need passes for assembly and disassembly. Exhibitor passes are needed only during the running times of the event.
You can order them at the Online Service Center.
Where can I collect my parking pass / exhibitor pass?
The passes are available for you at the counter of the exhibitor service (Foyer Central Entrance, Upper Floor).
I need more time for assembly. Can I extend my parking time?
No, a longer assembly time is normally not possible (see deposit rules). In individual cases, it is possible to make an exception when the site is not so crowded. Please ask the personnel at the gate.
I would like to have my exhibits delivered to the Fair. Is there a service for that?

Can I send a package to an exhibitor?
Yes.
During assembly and during the opening times of REISEN HAMBURG the messenger or delivery service can take the package to your stand. The sender must indicate hall and stand number. You must have personnel at the stand to accept delivery. Packages will not be accepted by Fair personnel.

Where are the parking facilities?
Under the exhibition halls
There are plenty of parking spaces under the halls. For these parking spaces you will need a parking pass, which you can get from the Exhibitor Service.
There are also spaces available in Multi-Storey Car Park I, Lagerstrasse. Please take a ticket when you drive into the car park.
Next to the exhibition halls
There are very few parking spaces next to the exhibition halls. You need a parking ticket for these spaces, available from the Exhibitor Service.
Truck parking spaces
The truck parking spaces are next to the exhibition halls. Only a limited number of these spaces are available. You will need a parking ticket for these spaces, available from the Exhibitor Service.
I want to report damage / a theft. Where can I do that?
Please contact the Hall Supervisor, who will take the details of the damage / theft.
Can I leave my vehicle on the fair site overnight during assembly?
No, a longer assembly time is normally not possible (see deposit rules). In individual cases, it is possible to make an exception when the site is not so crowded. Please ask the personnel at the gate.
Does my stand assembly company have to show a pass?
No, your stand assembly company does not need a pass.
How does my caterer get onto the site?
If your caterer delivers not more than once a day, he can get onto the site under the terms of the deposit rules.
If your caterer delivers to you several times a day, or stays on the site for some time, it is best for you to order a parking ticket from the exhibitor service. It is valid for the whole duration of the event.

During the event
Are there shopping facilities at the Fair site / Is there a virtual Fair shop?
You can find information on this in your welcome folder when you arrive. We are pleased to bring orders to your stand, on payment of a flat rate charge.
Where can I store my empties? / Are there any storage spaces?
There are no storage spaces available at the Fair site. External storage spaces are available via our forwarding agent, who can handle transportation and storage for you.
